Refund Policy

At Tailor Tech Services, we strive to deliver exceptional technology consulting, AI implementation, and related services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or service outcome, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can work toward a resolution.

Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances at our discretion, such as when services have not yet been rendered, or where contractual agreements allow for a refund. Due to the customized nature of our work, completed projects, delivered consulting hours, or digital products are generally non‑refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@tailortechservices.com with your name, contact information, purchase or invoice number, and the reason for your request. We will review all submissions in good faith and respond with the outcome and any next steps. This policy may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
